A 52 inch Star highwheel safety bicycle with nickel plated front fork. Patented by George Pressey of Hammonton, New Jersey, "The Star" was manufactured by the H.B. Smith Machine Co. of Smithville, New Jersey and incorporated a unique lever and ratchet drive.

This machine appears to be very original, unrestored example.
